Slow Tide Bodywork offers slow, deep, and intentional bodywork for people who move, train, and live actively.
The work is grounded and focused, with depth applied early and held long enough for the body to respond. Rather than quick techniques or surface-level relief, sessions allow space for the body to soften, reorganize, and release.
This is ongoing work—not a one-time fix—supporting how your body feels, moves, and recovers over time.
The Work
Sessions combine slow, sustained pressure with focused, intentional work and fluid transitions informed by movement awareness.
Each session is shaped by how your body presents that day.
At times the work may feel intense, quiet, or subtle—often a combination of all three.
Sessions
Sessions are offered in 90 and 120 minute appointments. Longer sessions allow for depth without rushing, giving the body time to respond and integrate the work.
