Slow Tide Bodywork offers slow, deep, and intentional bodywork for people who move, train, and live actively.

The work is grounded and focused, with depth applied early and held long enough for the body to respond. Rather than quick techniques or surface-level relief, sessions allow space for the body to soften, reorganize, and release.

This is ongoing work—not a one-time fix—supporting how your body feels, moves, and recovers over time.

Sessions combine slow, sustained pressure with deep tissue techniques and fluid transitions informed by movement awareness.

Work is adapted each session based on how your body presents that day. At times the work may feel intense, quiet, or subtle—often a combination of all three.

Massage here is a shared process. I offer skilled, attentive touch, and you’re encouraged to stay aware, communicate, and remain involved throughout the session.

Sessions are offered in 90- and 120-minute appointments. Longer sessions allow for depth without rushing, giving the body time to respond and integrate the work.
