Depth before release.
Sustained bodywork for people who move, train, and live actively. Time for your body to soften without being rushed.
Mindful touch informed
by movement and tradition.
"I work slowly and precisely, listening for where the body holds tension and where it is ready to release."
Years of theater, dance, and teaching hot yoga inform my work, alongside Teate (手当て), the Japanese tradition of mindful care through touch.
